Complete or partial subletting is an option for tenants to cover part of their own rental expenses. Sublease agreements signed digitally are legally binding and much more secure as the signer is identified with a unique NemID signature. It is of course also a much faster way to get the sublease agreement signed.

Features: Upload contract, fill in with names and email addresses of those who need to sign and press send. Easily select signing sequence for documents and people. For example, that the subtenant signs first, and lastly the tenant/sublessor. If there are multiple documents that need to be signed, and where a specific signing sequence is important, this can of course also be handled by ePact. When documents are uploaded to the case – simply with Drag and Drop – you can determine in which order the documents should be signed and by whom! It's possible to include any attachments, such as house rules, drawing overviews, and more, that don't require signatures to create a complete case with all relevant documents. ePact Dashboard provides a quick overview of who has signed, who is missing, and automatic reminders can be sent to those who haven't signed yet.

Tip: Remember to check if there is a right to sublet. In tenancies covered by the commercial tenancy law, this must be stated in the tenant's/sublessor's lease agreement with the landlord.
