Sign Residential Lease Agreements with ePact

Lease agreements concerning private residences are covered by the general tenancy law. These lease agreements can be signed digitally and are legally binding and more secure, as signers are identified with a unique NemID signature. It is of course also a much faster way to get the lease agreement signed.
Features: Upload the lease agreement, fill in with names and email addresses of those who need to sign, and press send. Easy to select signing sequence for documents and people. For example, that the tenant signs first, and lastly the landlord. ePact's Dashboard provides a quick overview of who has signed, who is missing, and automatic reminders can be sent to those who have yet to sign.
Tip: The tenancy law has many provisions that cannot be derogated to the detriment of the tenant. Many municipalities are also covered by the housing regulation law, which means that landlords cannot freely set the rent. While signing the lease agreement is straightforward, drafting the lease agreement and determining the rent level is thus not always easy. Consider whether you can use the Ministry of Transport and Housing's standard lease contract type A for private rental buildings, or type U for renting individual rooms.
